Salvation Army Centre of Hope

Together with Mark’s Work Warehouse, provides safety work boots to help individuals secure and maintain employment. A letter from the employer stating the need for safety boots, identification and proof of income and address is required.
Through the Housing Stability Bank, accepts applications for rental assistance for people who are behind on their rent and have received an eviction notice, or need to move to a new home. They also provide emergency utility assistance for people whose gas, water or electricity are going to be disconnected or already have been disconnected.
Also offers baby assistance including diapers, formula and baby food for families in need. Also offers mission store vouchers for clothing and small household items. To receive a voucher, visit the office with identification of income and address.
